Program Overview

Gain an understanding of the basic functions and structures within a typical hospitality enterprise. You will be trained in front and back office, rooms division, housekeeping, and the processes that take place from the time a guest checks in to the time they check out. 

Award: Certificate II, ASEAN Level 1 in Front Office and Housekeeping – Guest Services
