As a leading vocational school in Cambodia, we offer a wide range of ASEAN-certified programs :

Our main ASEAN programs

Food & Beverage Service Management

Our school’s food and beverage program in Siem Reap trains students to deliver professional service across bars, restaurants, and events. From barista and cocktail-making techniques to fine dining table service and catering, students build practical skills at our own training restaurant, Le Jardin des Délices. This hands-on practice prepares them to work confidently in any front-of-house setting.

Placements at a partner hotel or restaurant give students real experience serving guests before graduation. Graduates go on to work as maîtres d’hôtel, baristas, bartenders, restaurant supervisors, or sommeliers in restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, as well as those within hotels and resorts in Cambodia and abroad.

Our hospitality management course covers both sides of hotel operations : front office and housekeeping. Training includes check-in and check-out procedures, reservation management, rooms division and cleaning standards, and guest communication, giving students a complete view of how a hotel runs day to day.

Students take on an internship in housekeeping or front-desk operations at a partner hotel, building real confidence handling guests and rooms before graduation. Graduates go on to work as receptionists, guest service agents, or housekeeping supervisors, with many progressing into front office or rooms division management roles.

It covers everything from booking and ticketing procedures to on-the-ground tour operations, preparing students for a career across the travel and tourism industry. Training also builds strong client communication and customer support skills, alongside a solid understanding of current tourism trends.

Three months of the program are spent working at a partner travel agency, international airport or tour operator, where students help organize trips and assist travelers firsthand before graduation. Graduates go on to work as tour leaders, operation managers, flight attendants, with opportunities across travel agencies, airlines and tourism boards.
