WHY STUDY AT EHT?

MAIN PROGRAMS

What ASEAN programs are available?
  • We offer 5 ASEAN certified main programs: Travel Agencies Operations | Front Office & Housekeeping | Food & Beverage Service | Food Production Cookery | Food Production Patisserie.
What certificate is awarded?
  • Upon graduation, you will receive the Certificate II – ASEAN Level 1 in your chosen specialty field; the certificate is recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training and ASEAN.
Does EHT accept students of all ages, in all types of programs?
  • Yes. EHT accepts students over 17 years old and who have passed the entry exam.
How do I submit an application?

When should I apply?
  • Our programs have specific deadline dates. Please refer to the calendar at the bottom of our programs page here.
Is there an application fee?
  • No application fee is required.
What is required to complete my application?
  • You need to be 17 years or older,  and have a pre-intermediate English level. If you match the requirements, please complete the application form here and submit it to the education office in person or electronically at [email protected].
If I do not meet all criteria, what can I do?
If I fail the admission test, can I apply again?
  • Please meet and discuss with our Education Team in the school or contact us at [email protected].
What is included?
  • Textbooks, lunch meal, medical check-up, accident insurance, field trips, computer classes, foreign language lessons, internship placement (3 months).
Do you provide scholarships?

DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

What are the benefits of the program?
  • The program is designed with the support of the world-renowned École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and approved by the Ministry of Tourism in Cambodia.
  • The program covers 6 critical areas in hospitality management delivered through a total of 22 modules: Business English; IT&Digital; General Admin & HR, Sales & Marketing; Management; Finance.
  • Develop leadership qualities and soft skills to become an effective manager through real-life situations and team assignments.
How do I submit an application?
  • To submit an application, you can access the school’s online application form here.
  • All candidates to submit completed application form, CV, copy of ID card, relevant certificates and awards.
When should I apply?
  • Orientation sessions will be held in July and August. You can apply right at the session, or at least 4 weeks prior to the program start.
Is there an application fee?
  • No application fee is required.
Which criteria do I need to meet to complete my application?
  • EHT Paul Dubrule graduates with a minimum 1 year of work experience or part-time employment during the program, or industry professionals with a minimum of 3 years of work experience (must earn the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) certificate before graduation).
What is the schedule?
  • The program is delivered part-time from Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 21:00, over a period of 10 months (January – October).
What certificate is awarded?
  • Upon graduation, you will receive a Diploma in Hospitality Management, ASEAN level 4, recognized by the Ministry of Tourism and ASEAN.
What is included?
  • Training delivered by local, regional and international high profile trainers, industry experts and professors, affiliated to our partners Accor and École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
  • All course materials, administrative support throughout the program.
  • Insurance, on-site parking (gated area), access to resource lab and library.

THE SCHOOL

Can I visit the school?
  • Kindly contact us at [email protected] including your name, organization, and reason for the visit. We will reply within 48 hours. If you are interested in studying at EHT, join us on our public Open House Days (please refer to the school calendar for more information).
Can I organize an event at EHT?
  • Yes, we can host your event at our various facilities. We provide fine catering services, coffee breaks and cooking classes. Please check our booklet for more information or contact us at [email protected].
How can I support the school?
  • Be part of our students’ career development and contribute to their education through a sponsorship or donation.
  • Share your experience and partner or volunteer with us.
How can I sponsor a student?
  • You can select a full sponsorship for $2800 USD or a partial sponsorship for $945 USD.
  • Payment options include online payment by credit/debit card, and bank transfers to either Cambodia, Switzerland or France. A fiscal invoice will be sent to Swiss or French residents upon request. For more details, refer to the “Donate” page here.

TRAINING RESTAURANT and TRAINING HOTEL ROOMS

What are the opening times of the restaurant?
  • We are open Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 (October – June).
Where is the restaurant located?
  • The training restaurant is located inside EHT Paul Dubrule, a 10-minute ride from Siem Reap town or 5-minute from the airport.
Can I see a menu?
  • Please see our menu here. Choose from two pedagogical set menus prepared and served by our students supported by their practical teachers.
I have a specific allergy/diet, what can I do?
  • Kindly let us know your dietary requirement when you book, an alternative will always be provided.
Are children welcome?
  • Yes, kindly let us know in advance to arrange the children’s needs.
Can I book a training hotel room?

    Please note that we can only accept  stays between Monday to Friday.
Which amenities do the rooms have?
  • Ensuite bathroom, A/C, free coffee & tea-making equipment, minibar, wifi, cable TV.
