“If you can change one life in your lifetime you have done good” and EHT Paul Dubrule and it’s dedicated staff change so many lives year after year. I have enjoyed watching them work and seen the results and the fruits of their labor. We must support their good work whichever way we can.
This school is an outstanding example of professional management and education that is so important for young Cambodians. One of our students from the charity Happy Days Cambodian Village School Inc, graduated from their cooking class in 2018. As a result, I have involved Peter Wolfe, an Australian chef, to contribute to the development of students by offering culinary workshops.
I highly recommend this school to anyone that is involved in helping young Cambodian students to obtain rewarding employment in the hospitality industry.
My 6-month internship at EHT Paul Dubrule has turned out to be the most transformative experience of my life: I learned about how an international NGO and a vocational hospitality institution operate; I improved my cross-cultural awareness by being part of such a multicultural team; last but not least, the students’ eagerness to learn and grow, and their resilience in face of difficult circumstances have had a profound impact on me.
Throw a party for friends, a birthday for loved ones or a family reunion. Let our students pamper you the EHT Paul Dubrule way.
