Our school is closed on weekends and during school holidays (please refer to the event calendar).
Le Jardin des Délices is a training restaurant runned by the students of l’École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule.
We provide outdoor seating with a beautiful view of our central garden, only 10 minutes away from the center by Tuk-Tuk.
The dishes are a combination of the best Khmer and Western cuisine prepared by the Cookery & Pastry programs students and served by the F&B program students. All with the support and guidance of our teachers.
Upon your visit, you contribute to the support of the school and enhance our students skills in order to shape them for their future career in the Hospitality industry.
